We want you to be fully happy with your new macroalgae addition. Therefore we offer you a hassle-free Satisfaction & Alive Arrival Guarantee.  

If you are not 100%  happy with the macroalgae you received on arrival we will refund you the full money back *1 *2.
The refund will be offered after we have received and checked the returned macroalgae.

*1 = Valid for UK Orders only, please see our Terms for EU orders HERE  

*2 = Orders where the express delivery option has been chosen or when a special delivery day has been agreed need to be accepted on the first delivery attempt as we otherwise can not guarantee the quality of the macroalgae on arrival nor replace any macro algae which has been diminished in transit. The order counts as completed when the first delivery attempt has been carried out.

• You must advise us within 24 hours of taking delivery that you suspect a problem or when you are not fully happy with the macro algae you have received. In case you suspect a problem with the macroalgae please provide a picture of it on arrival and if possible after adding it to your tank.
  We, unfortunately, can just accept returns of unopened and original sealed macroalgae species, as after adding them to your aquarium environment it is out of our control, as the water parameters can be just too different. 

• You have to post the macroalgae back to us with Royal Mail First Class Signed for to us within 48 hours of taking delivery.

• Please note that we can not accept any responsibility when you add the macroalgae to your tank. We will do our best to provide you with all the information necessary to keep the macro algae successfully in your tank, but sometimes water conditions and the light used may not provide the right environment for the macroalgae.

Our macro algae will be posted Monday to Thursday morning to you ( Due to Covid-19 currently the latest posting day is Wednesday's).
We aim to post it within two working days via Royal Mail First Class delivery. Free of charge for you or you can choose other express posting options at the checkout of course too.

When possible we will post the macroalgae in small boxes which will fit most letterboxes, so often you don't need to stay at home for it. This might not be possible with larger quantities, combined posting and for the macroalgae Blue Ochtodes, as these are very delicate algae. These will be posted in a small parcel. We will contact you to arrange a delivery day unless you have already told us your delivery wishes.
