Hi Rachel.We are sorry to hear this. The algae you have ordered are from our starter pack and therefore frags for the reduced price of just t £3 each algae species. They are perfect to have them started in a tank and they grow quite very fast too. When they get the chance :)Having herbivore fishes in the tank is always a risk and of course every fish has a different taste too. We recommend therefore to keep the macro algae in a protected area of the tank display or better sump and add just new growth of to the fishes like a treat.If you have such an area and we will see how we can make up for the problem you experienced though.Have a nice day still.Kind regardsManfred Livealgae UK
